Names, initials, and short dates are a good starting point. The available space depends on the product. Contact us to confirm unusual symbols or custom requests before placing an order.
Can I change my engraving after ordering?
On the live store, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Changes depend on whether production has begun. Final change and cancellation terms will be confirmed before launch.

Where do you ship?
The final list of shipping destinations and rates will be configured in WooCommerce. The HTML preview uses sample USD prices and a demonstration shipping fee.
How long does a personalized order take?
Production time and carrier estimates must be confirmed by your business. The live store should show processing time separately from transit time.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Return eligibility for personalized and non-personalized products will be stated separately in the final store policy. Contact support if a piece arrives damaged or does not match the order.
